Concept:
Assignment: Create a police sketch of the building, near the sea, which will be tailored to the environment and will be more pronounced in modern architecture. Where the volume will be compatible with many functions.
Environment: The project is located in Batumi, which is characterized by a large amount of rainfall and hot summers. It is surrounded by a pronounced urban environment.
Project: 3 ground floor of the building has been decided where the first floor is a compact volume , which creates a variety of functions in the entrance . The rest of the space is given over to the closed / open parking spaces and landscaped , comfortable space. The nature of the metal used in the construction of the vessel . The sunny side of the structure is filled with rolling tarpaulin that protects the glass from direct sun rays . Slope of the roof is designed to transfer water to the inner courtyards , which on the one hand and on the other hand protects the facade of the courtyard creates a decorative water curtain.
