Our concept is based on GRG requirements. Project area is about individual housing complex which contains: 32 Individual Townhouse type(Type-A), 5 multifamily houses(Type-B), a Public house, Park and Sport facility.

Individual House has 2 residential floors and the third floor is only staircase and technical room for serving the green roof terrace. From this terrace are the best views of surroundings and creates comfy environment for habitants.

The value of this territory is fresh green environment, that’s why we created little nook courtyard in the middle of the house, which gives more light in interior and place for plant trees. We have provided 2 options of arrangement Type-A houses, Row location and Mirror. In case of Row location all courtyards are private, but in case of Mirror location- Courtyards are united and it gives more space and insolation. It can be regulated according to customer’s requirements on the next stage.

Multifamily Houses (Type-B) contain six blocks, which are located in the South edge of the territory. They have 5 floors and have closed and open parking areas. We think ground floor apartments are not good quality for living and that’s why we created parking. Upper apartments will have better views. Last floors can be Duplexes as well with roof top terraces.

In the frame of this complex is also located Multifunctional Public Building. On the ground floor is located Cafe, Shop, Info Center and Rest area. On the first floor is located Multipurpose area.

Building shape creates Entrance gate which connects directly Park and sport facilities located between Row Houses.

Park has Long direction in the middle of the complex. It contains Children playground, Rest areas, Open and Close sport fields. Closed sport facility is connected with Soccer stadium and its seats are part of the building. It has green roof which is fitted well in the complex and can be used for rest zone.

The Complex is isolated and protected with fence and security system. There are pedestrian and Bike roads.
