Concept:
The hotel located within the natural landscape of Kojori represents a conceptual interpretation of the harmonious coexistence between contemporary architecture and the environment, where the building is perceived not as a dominant volume imposed on the landscape, but as an organic continuation of the terrain. The compositional solution of the project is based on a terraced horizontal structure, which, in synthesis with the natural geometry of the slope, creates a dynamic yet visually balanced architectural system.
The main idea of the concept is to achieve continuous integration with nature. Multi-level green terraces form both a visual and functional extension of the landscape, allowing the architecture to dissolve organically into the environment and be perceived as an integral part of the ecosystem. Greenery in the project functions not as a decorative element, but as a structural and space-forming component, ensuring an ecologically balanced environment.
The architectural identity of the building is reinforced by transparent facades and open terraced spaces. Panoramic glass surfaces ensure maximum penetration of natural light into the interior and establish a visual connection with the surrounding forest landscape, while wood textures and warm materials create a human-scaled, comfortable, and visually balanced atmosphere.
The project is based on the principles of sustainable architecture, where energy efficiency, natural ventilation, optimal use of solar resources, and locally adapted materials reduce environmental impact. The overall architectural solution creates a structure coexisting with the ecosystem, integrating functional efficiency, spatial quality, and environmentally sensitive design into a unified, complex system.
