Wellness Resort Kechkhobi

Environment: complex is situated along main road connecting Borjomi-Bakuriani, near village Tsagveri, on high heel, which invade into the valley like peninsula. It is outlined by existing railway, which, including Eifel bridge will add more value to site. Territory is surrounded by steep pitches, covered with fir trees, which created fascinating environment, which is reflected in our concept
Concept: idea is directly dictated by environment. concept starts with horizontal pedestal, which is offered by territory naturally and is crowned by sharply shaped volumes of hotel building, which itself represent allegory of mountain chain
Façade is devided in two main parts:
First is maximally perpendicular, modern, rational-minimalistic façade (hotel pedestal, Premium class large Villas, Stand-alone restaurant and Outdoor Event Space, Employee Housing)
Second is created by nature element analysis and is completed by ecofriendly, warm materials (hotel building, Premium class small Villas, literature café)
